Episode 1.4 will feature Kenita Smith, President/CEO and Founder of H.O.P.E., Inc. (Helping Other People be Empowered).   

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, her responsibilities encompass  the overall leadership and development of the H.O.P.E, Inc. She grew her  nonprofit from the ground up increasing her it's annual revenue from  $11,000 to over $200,000 with no grant writing experience or donors. In  addition to her vocation, Mrs. Smith is a published author and stays  actively involved in the local church.
